The Grace & Wellness Journey is a faith-centered, holistic wellness experience designed to guide individuals into alignment—spiritually, mentally, and physically. Co-created by Krystal Edwards, a licensed professional counselor and associate pastor, and Mahogany Edwards, this 52-day challenge was born from a deep conviction: that caring for our bodies as temples of God is not separate from our spiritual walk—it is essential to it.
Rooted in biblical principles and intentional self-care practices, this journey invites participants to grow in discipline, awareness, and connection with God. Through daily structure and reflection, you will be guided to nurture your mind, strengthen your body, and deepen your spiritual life.
This challenge includes:
Daily scripture readings for spiritual alignment
Guided reflection prompts to increase self-awareness
Meditation and mindfulness practices rooted in faith
Stretching and movement routines to support physical wellness
Practical tools to develop consistency in your wellness journey
Designed for individuals, families, and couples ages 14 and older, this experience encourages intentional time with God while cultivating healthier habits that support long-term transformation.
Journaling Instructions
Participants are encouraged to use a personal journal throughout the 52 days. Each day includes a scripture passage to read in manageable portions, followed by space to reflect on insights, emotions, physical experiences, and spiritual revelations.
